Nuno is the Founder CEO of Nourish Care Systems, a member of the Steering Committee of Dorset Business Angels and Managing Partner of Almeida Consulting Ltd. Nourish Care delivers game changing cloud and mobile apps to care commissioners, care providers, healthcare providers, service users and their families. As Managing Director of Critical Software Technologies Ltd he successfully developed and implemented strategies which resulted in the growth of a UK subsidiary from ground up, which achieved a turnover in excess of £2.5M in 2008, and further growth in 2009. Specialties include: trends in social and health care; technology in social and health care; telecare; internet of things; artificial intelligence.
Mike Hawkyard - Managing Director, Amuzo
Mike Hawkyard is the Managing Director of multi award winning casual games studio Amuzo (formerly 4T2). Mike is an expert on casual games design, self-publishing and digital marketing. He has given many presentations for organisations like Adobe, Microsoft, UKTI, TIGA, MMA, Video Games Intelligence, Creative England & LIMA on these subjects. His role at Amuzo involves networking with clients and platforms, creating strategies and synergies that are beneficial for all involved. As a Board member of TIGA, a trade association for computer game companies, he helps British studios stay competitive in a global market place.
John Dale - Serial Tech Entrepreneur
John has an extensive career in the creative digital sector. This includes: Director at the Royal Court Theatre; Writer/Director at BBC and ITV; Director of Studies at Ravensbourne College; Creative Director of Motional Media. As Digital Channel Development Executive, john was jointly responsible for the development and launch of BBC Knowledge. As a consultant for FCO, he has helped to grow cleantech businesses in SE Asia As an entrepreneur, John’s companies create interactive dramas and documentaries for the European B2B market, and also interactive tools for entrepreneurs and innovation managers.
Mike Pritchard - Director of The Deloitte Alliance in EMEA at EMC
Mike Pritchard works for global technology company EMC, as alliance ventures lead for Europe. Mike has spent the last 16 years launching ventures, alliance and products for EMC in Europe. He started life as an economist, moved into the oil and shipping industry as risk analyst settled in the high tech industry where he pioneered the use of and shareholder value analysis to win large new customers.
Mike started EMC’s service provider programme for the UK, launched one of their most successful products into EMEA based on a Belgian startup, launched their first cloud service in Europe and was part of the team that started a joint venture between EMC and Cisco in the UK. Today, Mike has a role leading their alliance ventures business in EMEA focusing on building ventures for vertical markets across Europe including global banking, big data and block chain ecosystems and smart health.
