Development & Production Executive X 2

Creative England is a fast moving and innovative organisation that aims to support and grow the creative industries. We are now looking for 2 x Development & Production Executives (freelance) to join our Film team.

Our Development and Production Executives play a key role in the delivery of our talent initiatives; with a particular emphasis on discovering and supporting talent based out of London.  

Working closely with the team; you will assess Emerging feature development and pilot short applications, and will manage existing and new awards. You will be expected to provide both creative and practical production support, working alongside the team to ensure a holistic approach to developing talent and realising their projects. The role will provide support to the Head of Film and Director of Content, working as an integral part of the delivery of projects and initiatives whilst seeking out the best talent. You will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and adapt to the needs of a busy department.  

This is an ideal growth opportunity for an experienced and well connected film/television Development Exec with an interest in the wider creative sector. You will gain a breadth of experience working with a highly motivated team of experts. 

CONTRACT:        Freelance until 31st March 2018, full time

FEE:                      £570 per week 

LOCATION:         Greater Manchester OR Bristol (location preference to be stated upon application, Creative England shall appoint 1 Exec per location)

Film Administrator

Creative England is a fast moving and innovative organisation that aims to support and grow the creative industries. We are now looking for a self-starting Administrator to join our Film team.

The role will provide support to the Film and wider content team, working as an integral part of the delivery of projects and initiatives. You will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and adapt to the needs of a busy department. This is an ideal opportunity for a new entrant gaining experience in administration supporting multiple areas. This is an interesting growth opportunity for someone with an interest in the creative sector. Duties will vary day-to-day.    If you are demonstrably organised, with confident communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional support to our small but highly motivated team of experts then Creative England would like to hear from you!

Project Coordinator - Elstree

This is an exciting time to join Creative England as we expand our team dedicated to unlocking the creative power of our country. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our national team of experts.

This is a new role based with our Partnerships team at Elstree studios.  The Coordinator will support delivery of our European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded Hertfordshire Pro-Connect which is an pioneering programme of support for the film and TV industry.  Core responsibilities will be co-ordinating the logistical, administrative and communication needs of the programme.  This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their project & event management skills within a creative working environment. You will support and provide a liaison service to industry across Herts and surrounding areas. Acting as a first point of contact to industry partners, you will ensure procedural compliance, effective procedures and accurate record keeping in line with funding guidelines.   Our Project Coordinator will have an active interest in the Film and TV industry, you will be encouraged to actively contribute to planning whilst applying your support skills to the provision of efficient delivery. Ideally candidates will have previous experience supporting ERDF programmes or similar.   If you are a methodical organiser, enjoy organising events and have an interest in the creative sector, then Creative England would like to hear from you!  

CONTRACT:        Minimum 2 years – Full Time

SALARY:               £22,000

LOCATION:         Elstree Studios – Travel may be required.
